What it is

A brand-new category has broken into TikTok Shop UK’s bestseller chart: intimate health supplements. According to Z Media’s weekly TikTok Shop UK roundup for the week ending 4 October 2026, Womenli’s Flora Gummies reached number two in the UK top 10. They generated £230,983 from 12,839 units at £17.99 each.

They’re chewable gummies marketed for women’s intimate and gut-flora health, the kind of product that used to sit quietly on a pharmacy shelf rather than in a viral shopping feed.

Why it’s interesting

Three things make this stand out.

1. It’s genuinely new. Z Media says this is the first time intimate health supplements have charted in the UK top 10, in a category that “did not exist on TikTok Shop UK eight weeks ago.”

2. Small creators drove it, not big brands. Sales came from “nano creators” (accounts with small followings) rather than brand accounts. Talking openly about once-taboo health topics clearly connects with people.

3. People research it, then buy it. Z Media spotted a “high views, low per-video GMV” pattern. Shoppers watch the videos but complete the purchase on the product page rather than impulse-clicking. Translation: people are curious, but they’re doing their homework first.

It’s also part of a wider shake-up of the chart. Beauty products still dominate (P.Louise overtook medicube as the UK’s top-grossing brand that week), but health and wellness is now a real contender.

Where to get it

  • TikTok Shop UK: search “Womenli Flora Gummies”.
  • Similar women’s health and probiotic supplements are sold by UK pharmacies such as Boots and Superdrug, and on Amazon UK.

Important: in the UK, food supplements can’t legally claim to prevent, treat or cure disease. If you have symptoms, speak to a pharmacist or GP before relying on a supplement, and check it won’t clash with any medication you take.

Verdict

Interesting trend, cautious buy. As a market signal, this is a big one. It shows TikTok Shop UK can sell health products, and that intimate wellbeing is no longer a whisper topic. As a purchase, go in with realistic expectations. Viral popularity isn’t the same as clinical evidence, so read the label, check the ingredients and get proper advice if something’s wrong. Our tip: watch this category over the next few months. Viral products often spike, settle and drop out of the chart (as Z Media noted with medicube’s Gua Sha Neck Cream).
